Service Description
The American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers Course is to instruct those who have a duty to act (professional rescuers) in the knowledge and skills needed to respond appropriately to breathing and cardiac emergencies, including the use of an automatic external defibrillator (AED) to care for a victim experiencing cardiac arrest. Best suited for Lifeguards, Pool Managers, Pharmacists, EMT's, ect. Blended Course Format--An online course is required to be completed prior to the in-person skills session. Requirements to receive a Certification: Complete the on-line portion of the Blended Class, attend the in-person skill session, particpate in all course activities, demonstrate competency in all required skills, and score 80% or better on all skill tests. Certification Valid for 2 years from the date of completion. Register Early. Space is Limited to 10.
