CGFLO was created from lived experience navigating dementia, long-term care transitions, and end-of-life support for her mother, Anna Maria Indino. What began as a personal tool became a resource repeatedly requested by caregivers and care teams alike.

This guide is offered in partnership with compassion, respect for caregivers, and alignment with organizations such as the Alzheimer's Association and local long-term care providers.
